A former Facebook employee behind a series of explosive leaks has revealed her identity and has spoken in an interview.
Frances Haugen is scheduled to testify before the US Congress on Tuesday. She said the documents – shared with the Wall Street Journal – showed Facebook repeatedly chose “profit over security.”

Facebook said the leaks were misleading and glossed over the company’s positive research.
