Around 45% of sales representatives say they have received less coaching than usual or no coaching since their switch to telecommuting, according to recent research by DNA ring.

The report was based on data from a survey of over 2,000 sales professionals (sales reps, managers and executives).

Some 23% of salespeople say they have received less coaching since switching to remote work, 16% say they have received much less coaching and 7% say they have not received any coaching.


Some 19% of respondents say that scheduled sales coaching sessions only happen once in a while, and 19% say that scheduled sales coaching sessions don’t happen often.

Half of those surveyed say that the responsibility for business coaching lies with the business managers of their company.
