Less than two months ago Kanye West put the final touch logo his YEEZY collaboration with Gap. This week, Gap surprised streetwear fans by unveiling the first product of this 10-year-old $ 1 billion collaboration.

June 8 which was coincidentally West’s birthday, floating blue jacket protrusions were seen in buildings across New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.

Cloud jacket, the bright blue swollen cover is currently pre-orderable on site for $ 200.

By Fast company, West’s eye on design and jumping has seen record sales for other brand partnerships he has had, such as YEEZY Adidas. Ever since the partnership with the sportswear retailer began in 2015, it has generated billions in revenue from West’s sales alone.

While the partnership with Gap is quite different, given that the brand has been trying to maintain its market share over the past decade, it is hoped that West’s star power can pull customers back into stores.

And if everything else planned by West is a good indicator, we’re not surprised if his Gap collaboration is also sold out quickly.
