Now that summer vacation is here for those in the northern hemisphere, I hope you have a few fewer emails in your school account. But if you want to keep up with the few emails you receive during the summer, you can do so without having to sign in to your school Google Workspaces account. In the following video, I show how to transfer your Google Workspaces email to a personal Gmail account. (In the video I say “G Suite” but the process is exactly the same in Google Workspaces).

One thing to keep in mind is that if you reply from the personal Gmail inbox that you forwarded your email to, the recipient will see the email from that address rather than your Google address. Workspaces.
