reddit r / robotics subreddit is a global online community of 138,000 users, ranging from enthusiasts and students to researchers and professionals. This year, we’ve invited our community to share their work as part of an online presentation. No matter how big or small, all projects are welcome and work in progress is worthwhile. The presentation is as much about people sharing their robotics experiences as their projects, so this is not an official conference or symposium.

The presentation day is scheduled for the weekend of July 31st. Successful applicants on that day will take part in a video call in formal conflict and give a short presentation (5 or 10 minutes) of their work followed by a short question and answer session. Presentations will be streamed to Robohub YouTube Channel, to enable greater public participation and to create a presentation publication (arXiv) that is accessible to all. So let’s say we’re looking for potential keynote speakers to give a 20-40 minute public friendly presentation followed by a Q&A. It could be your own research or an overview of the company’s research lab where you work.

If you are interested in giving the main presentation, please email Olly Smith at
